Match ?interval and ?datetime such that ?interval occurs before ?datetime.

The interval can be defined using either start and end times or start and end points.

I.e., Either the interval has t:endtime ?endTime and ?endTime occurs before ?datetime or the interval has t:endpoint ?endPoint and ?endPoint occurs before ?datetime.
