Return triples in an N-Dimensional-sphere
The center of the sphere is specified by the N-Dimensional minimum and maximum values.
This can return the subject of the matching triples or the subject and the N-Dimensional coordinate (which is in the object). For example:
?event nd:inCircle (ex:locationPredicate nd:upper1 value nd:lower1 value ... ) .
or
(?event ?coord) nd:inCircle (ex:locationPredicate ...) .
The pairs of lower and upper bounds specifying the nD sphere must all be bound before this magic property can be evaluated.
