Python changes may cause allegrograph-python to fail

Because of the way Python is developed and maintained, non-backward compatible changes may be introduced which cause things that worked in earlier version to cease working.

In particular, with regard to AllegroGraph Python interface, using anaconda to install the agraph-python interface does not work with some recent Python versions, particularly with python 3.11. You still can create your environment in anaconda but after activating your environment, use

pip install agraph-python

and not conda install.
