Arguments: chart-or-plot
Returns the value of the title-font property of a chart-or-plot. The value may be set at creation
time by passing the :title-font initarg, or any
time later by calling (setf title-font).
title-font is the font in
which the main title of a chart-or-plot, if any, is drawn. The main title
is held in the title property.
The value should be a font object (see make-font-ex). The default value is the font
returned by (make-font-ex nil "Arial" 18).
