Arguments: chart-or-plot
Returns the value of the margin-below-subtitle property of
a chart-or-plot. The value
may be set at creation time by passing
the :margin-below-subtitle initarg, or any time
later by calling (setf margin-below-subtitle).
The distance, measured in pixels, between the subtitle (if any) of a
chart-or-plot and the chart
body. The value should be a non-negative integer. The default value
is 4.
