Arguments: chart-widget
Returns the value of the chart-items-length property of
a chart-widget. The value
is the number of chart items that a chart-widget currently has, as a
result of calling set-chart-value to add each item. Reading this
cached value is more efficient than calling length on the chart-items property. An application
should never set the value of this property.
