Arguments: chart-axis
Returns the value of the margin-inside-axis-label property of
a chart-axis. The value
may be set at creation time by passing
the :margin-inside-axis-label initarg, or any
time later by calling (setf margin-inside-axis-label).
The distance, measured in pixels, between the main label and the tic
mark labels of a chart-axis
in a chart-widget. The
value should be a non-negative integer. The default value is 4.
