date-time-ywd-decade-in-century

Arguments: date-time

Returns the value in the ywd-decade-in-century (the decade in the century in week date calendars) slot of date-time, which must be a date-time object. The value is nil if the slot is not set. Otherwise it is an integer from 1 to 9. This value cannot be changed with setf and this function.
