Arguments: dialog name value
Sets the value of a control on a dialog. The
dialog argument can be either a dialog object or the
name of a dialog. The name argument is the name
of the control (on that dialog) whose value is to be set. The
value argument is any value that could be used
with (setf
value) for the given control. value is
returned.
