Find nodal neighbors of node .

For example, the pattern 

  ?neighbor sna:nodalNeighbors ( ex:namedGenerator ?node ) .

will bind ?neighbor to each nodal neighbor of ?node using the generator ex:namedGenerator . This assumes, of course, that the generator has been defined and that some other pattern provides bindings for ?node .
