Compute Actor Betweenness centrality.

For example: 

  (?actor ?centrality) sna:actorBetweennessCentrality ( ex:namedGenerator ?group ) .

will bind ?centrality and ?actor for each member of ?group . As with other SNA magic properties, the centrality computation is based on the generator and assumes that it has already been defined.
