Matches interval ?x and interval ?y such that ?x meets ?y on the timeline.

?x and ?y can be defined as intervals using either times or points (though they must both be defined using the same mechanism).

I.e., Either ?x has t:endtime ?endTime and ?y has t:starttime ?startTime and ?endTime is the same as ?startTime on the timeline or ?x has t:endpoint ?endPoint and ?y has t:startpoint ?startPoint and ?endPoint is simultaneous with ?startPoint .
