Match ?interval and ?datetime such that ?interval occurs before ?datetime .

The interval can be defined using either start and end times or start and end points.

I.e., Either the interval has t:endtime ?endTime and ?endTime occurs before ?datetime or the interval has t:endpoint ?endPoint and ?endPoint occurs before ?datetime .
