Compute Group Closeness centrality.

For example: 

  ?centrality sna:groupClosenessCentrality ( ex:namedGenerator ?group ) .

will bind ?centrality to the groupClosenessCentrality of ?group`. As with other SNA magic properties, the centrality computation is based on the generator and assumes that it has already been defined.
