Compute Actor Degree centrality.

For example: 

  (?actor ?centrality) sna:actorDegreeCentrality ( ex:namedGenerator ?group ) .

will bind ?centrality and ?actor for each member of ?group. As with other SNA magic properties, the centrality computation is based on the generator and assumes that it has already been defined.
