Match ?interval and ?datetime such that ?interval occurs after ?datetime.

The interval can be defined using either start and end times or start and end points.

I.e., Either the interval has t:starttime ?startTime and ?startTime occurs after ?datetime or the interval has t:startpoint ?startPoint and ?startPoint occurs after ?datetime.
