Arguments: address
ff:char*-to-euc is obsolete. native-to-octets should be used instead.
Using native-to-octets means
fewer modules need be present in an image using this functionality.
ff:char*-to-euc is defined in the
:ffcompat
module which is not present in an image
by default.
This function converts a C-style (char *) string (which must be null-terminated) to a Lisp (unsigned-byte 8 (*)) array. The resulting array consists of the characters from the source string in EUC code.
See ftype.htm for information on foreign types in Allegro CL and foreign-functions.htm for general information on foreign functions in Allegro CL.
