Arguments: mime-part-object
Accesses the slot holding the id of the part, as specified by the
id argument to make-mime-part or as defaulted to
(the default is nil). This is typically only
used for mime-part-parsed objects which are not yet supported. The
details of this accessor may change when support for that is added.
