Arguments: grid-widget grid-section
This generic function is called whenever the sequence of grid-rows or grid-columns in a
grid-section (a grid-section of
grid-widget, a grid-widget) has changed. It is called when the
user interactively slides rows or columns to change their order, and
when the set of subsections is changed by calls to (setf subsections), add-row, add-column, delete-row, and delete-column.
An application should not call this function, but it may add methods for side effects.
