process-pending-events-if-event-handler

Arguments:

This is a safer alternative to process-pending-events for code that might be called on a platform where Allegro processes are not native operating system processes. It simply calls process-pending-events in the usual case, but it does nothing when called on a non-native threads platform (where *use-single-cg-event-handling-process* is true) in a process other than the *single-cg-event-handling-process*.

This avoids processing events in multiple processes on platforms where there is only a single event queue for the single operating system process.
