This is number of milliseconds that a parenthesis-matching mark will
appear on a lisp-edit-pane
when *show-parenthesis-matches-as-pop-up-window* is
true. The value should be a positive integer. The initial value is
1000, to show a mark for one full second after the text cursor has
moved to a different parenthesis or double-quote character.
