Arguments: tab-control tab-info &key (index (index tab-info))
Puts tab-info, which should have been earlier
removed from tab-control by remove-tab, back on
tab-control, retaining the widgets that were on
tab-info when it was removed from
tab-control. (The argument must be a tab-info object, not
its name.) Positions the tab so that it is the index'th tab from the
left, where zero indicates the leftmost tab.
