Arguments: window-or-screen position
Returns position after modifying it to be equal
to the position of the top-left corner of the exterior box of
window-or-screen. The screen is the value
returned by (screen *system*). See screen and *system*.
position must be a position. See make-position.
Contrast with exterior-top-left, which creates and returns a new position object.
