The name of the variable has been changed to *required-top-level-bindings*. This variable
still exists with the
name *cl-default-special-bindings* for
backward-compatibility but its value is a symbol macro which expands
to signal a warning and then use the value of *required-top-level-bindings*. See that
variable for further information.
