:slide

Arguments: direction

The :slide top-level command is associated with the source stepper (see The source stepper in debugging.htm) and only have effect when source stepping is occurring.

Slide allows navigation around breakpoints in a function. Current valid commands are:

• :slide in/into: to slide deeper into macro forms.
• :slide across: to slide forward to a form at the same level.
• :slide back: to slide backward to a form at the same level.
• :slide enclosed: to slide out until a form with source position is encountered.
• :slide out: to slide out to the macro form which expanded to the current form, or to slide to the enclosing form.
• :slide over: to slide over a macro, a call, or a special form.
• :slide point: to print the current slide point.
• :slide ?: to print the possible slide directions for the slide. point
• :slide <func> [ <pc>]: to slide to a function spec <func> at optional relative-pc <pc>.

When not at a macroexpansion point, in and across are equivalent.
