Arguments: part &key stream
This function causes the part to be rendered to the specified
stream (default *terminal-io*). The side effects of this method
are that the files associated with the part and
subparts will be read. If the files were specified as streams (rather
than filenames), the streams will be read until EOF, but they will not
be closed and their file positions will not be reverted.
