Arguments: process-pool
The default method for this process-pool accessor returns the value of the
idle-timeout slot of the argument process-pool instance.
The value of the idle-timeout slot is the
number of seconds an idle process is kept in the idle list. When this
limit is exceeded, the process is killed.
