Arguments:
Returns the leftmost coordinate of all monitors in the system on newer versions of Windows. On Windows with a secondary monitor configured to the left of the primary monitor, the value will be a negative integer whose magnitude is the width of the secondary monitor. On GTK systems the value will be zero.
