Arguments: grid-widget section
Returns a box that indicates the region that the scrollbar of this
grid-section occupies. This
area is blank by default if the grid-section is not scrollable, and it
may be useful to draw something else in this box in that case. The box
is in the coordinates of the grid-widget's window (as returned by
(window my-grid-widget)), and the drawing should be done on that
window as well.
