Arguments: html-browser
Returns the maximum number of URI's that will be collected in the
history combo-box of the specified html-browser. Once the history has reached this
maximum, older entries will be removed as new pages are visited and
added to the list.
The value may be changed with setf and this function. The default value is 24.
