Arguments: window top-item format
Use of this function is deprecated. Use (setf clipboard-object) instead.
Copies top-item to the Windows clipboard
directly, without affecting the Lisp clipboard
stack. window should be
(development-main-window *system*).
format in theory allows you to specify the format
of the object being placed, but only text format is supported in this
release, so format should simple be t.
