The class of lisp-widget-windows that are instantiated whenever a
rich-edit-ruler is added to a
window. Probably not of concern to applications unless it needs to
intercept low-level window events of a rich-edit-ruler subclass or
otherwise add methods to the lisp-widget-window of a rich-edit-ruler. See
