Arguments: lamp
Returns or sets (with setf) the inner-horizontal-margin of
the argument lamp. This is the horizontal pixel
distance between the lamp image and the title string of a lamp widget
(when the title-side is
:left or :right), or between the
multiple lamp images when the value property is an array.
