basic-lock

This is a simple extension of synchronizing-structure, adding a name slot. Instances can be allocated and used as standalone locks in the with-locked-structure macro.

Example usage

	 (defvar xlock (make-basic-lock :name "xwidget lock"))
	 ...
	 (with-locked-structure (xlock)
	    ...)
