1. A Text Indexer Example Using ACL's B-trees

We have made available a text indexer that uses AllegroCache and our
native B-trees. The power of our indexer is that it can place huge
quantities of words in an index very quickly and extract index
information at record rates.

2. Mac Leopard For ACL 8.1 64-bit

The 32-bit version of ACL for Intel Macs works with Leopard. We expect
the 64-bit version to be available on November 9. Check back here:

3. New Franz Web site

Speaking of franz.com, we now have a new look to the front
page. It is kind of like door number one and door number 2, separating
our content for developers with Lisp or Semantic Web interest. We hope
you find the content easier to navigate. Be sure to stop by the new
Learning Center for AllegroGraph Java developers learning about the
Semantic Web.

4. New Learning Center for AllegroGraph Java Edition

Speaking of the new Learning Center, this is the first release. We
expect to be adding more to it, and making improvements based on
feedback we receive. The content is free to use, with downloadable
examples. Along with the AllegroGraph Free Editions that are free for
up to 50 million triples, we hope this becomes a useful site in
Education.

5. RacerPro version 1.9.2 is available now for public BETA testing!

RacerPro is an OWL reasoner and inference server for the Semantic
Web. This new release includes an improved graphical user interface,
faster processing, optimized use of computing resources, compatibility
with Windows Vista and native support of Mac OS X 10.5 "Leopard" on
PowerPC and Intel based Macintosh computers. Also new for 1.9.2,
RacerPro can access and create AllegroGraph triple stores.
